Journey into Abstraction: Exciting New Artwork & Creative Insights
I'm thrilled to announce that my newest abstract art collection is being released tomorrow! I never set out to paint abstracts. I just stepped into it like Alice stepped through the looking glass, and it’s been one of my most creatively rewarding experiences.
Inspired by the rich tapestry of life experiences and emotions, each piece in this collection tells a unique story. Some stories I play a more active role in writing with my brush, while others only unveil themselves to me while painting or even after. Here are a few examples of my recent abstract paintings:
"Coffee, Wine, Chocolate": Ever had a painting that started with a craving? That's how "Coffee, Wine, Chocolate" came to be. It all began with a desire to celebrate life's indulgent pleasures—bold flavors that evoke warmth and comfort. As I painted, I found myself transported by the rich hues and textures, mirroring the sensory delight of my favorite treats.

"Girl Dreams": Sometimes, inspiration strikes when we least expect it. "Girl Dreams" emerged from a spontaneous painting session, fueled by memories of carefree childhood days. With each brushstroke, I rediscovered the joy of bright colors, Lisa Frank stickers, and glittery nail polish—a nostalgic journey back to a time of innocence and boundless imagination.

"Mid-Century Modern": Not all paintings follow a linear path. "Mid-Century Modern" started as a tribute to rosé wine but took an unexpected turn. This piece soon revealed its true essence—I had a vision of Don Draper’s office, jazz playing on a record player, sleek walnut furniture, and a crystal decanter of fine whiskey. It’s a painting that evokes the 1960s but in a modern way.
