Color accuracy

Photos have been painstakingly edited to reflect the original, true-to-life colors of the painting, but the settings on your device may alter them depending on what setting you've selected for your display.

Print ratios

In an effort to offer a variety of standard sizes, some of the ratios are cropped and may vary slightly from the listing photo.

What currency are prints and originals quoted in?

Prints: Made in the USA so they are quoted in USD.

Originals: Ship direct from Candace's art studio in Amsterdam, so these are quoted in EUR.

How do I buy an original painting?

Click “Purchase” from the artwork page and fill in the required information.

You will receive an invoice in 1-2 business days.

Invoices may be paid by credit card via Paypal or by direct deposit.

Pieces sell on a first come first serve basis. Once the invoice has been paid, the painting is yours.

Do you take commissions?

How much will shipping cost?

Free shipping within EU and USA. Original art ships worldwide from Candace's studio in Amsterdam. (Local pick-up is also possible.)

U.S. Customers: To make international orders as seamless as possible, customs duties and import fees to the U.S. are prepaid on all purchases of original artwork. This means there will be no unexpected customs fees at delivery, allowing your artwork to arrive smoothly at your door.

Rest of World:

Customers outside EU and U.S. pay a flat shipping fee based on size:

• 50x50 cm or smaller = €50

• Over 50x50 cm = €100

Buyers outside of the EU and U.S. are responsible for any customs duties or additional charges that may occur.

When will my painting ship?

Please allow 3 weeks for your painting to ship. This allows time for your painting to be varnished and dry before it is packaged. If you will be out of town or unable to receive your painting at a certain time, please let us know.

How will my painting ship?

All paintings are shipped rolled with tracking included. This is the safest way to ship.

Your local framer can restretch the painting for you (typically $50-$200 depending on the size of the painting).

Additional notes:

Seller is not responsible for any delays during shipping or customs.

VAT is included for EU customers.

Framed Prints (USA only)

Each framed print comes stretched on 1.5-inch thick stretcher bars and framed within a beautiful solid wood floater frame with hanging hardware preinstalled.

Frames are approx .6” thick and come in natural wood, white, and black. See examples HERE.

Framed canvas prints can only be shipped within the continental USA.

Stretched Canvas Prints (USA only)

These ready-to-hang prints come stretched on 1.5” wooden stretcher bars with hanging hardware installed.

The sides of the canvas will be mirror-wrapped, meaning they will reflect a portion of the front of the canvas. This ensures that the full artwork can be seen on the front of the canvas with sides that blend with the artwork.

Stretched canvas prints can only be shipped within the continental USA.

Rolled Canvas Prints

These prints are made with the same quality canvas material that you’d see on the wall in a museum, they just aren’t stretched onto a wooden frame.

Rolled canvas prints will have a complimentary 3" white border added to the dimensions you choose. This ensures that your framer has enough material to stretch the art over stretcher bars.

This is a great option for those looking to have artwork shipped outside the continental USA.

Fine Art Paper Prints

Made with the finest archival matte fine art paper and inks. These prints are on heavyweight (330 gsm) 100% cotton rag and printed with premium pigment inks.

Paper prints have a .25" white border so more of the artwork's edges can be seen when framing

Where do prints ship from?

Print orders are shipped worldwide from our professional USA-based fine art printing partner.

How long will it take to ship out my print?

Please allow 1–2 weeks for prints to ship. Each high-quality print is “made to order.”

How will it be packaged?

Your print will be shipped in either a flat mailer or a shipping tube. Every order includes tracking.

Buyers outside of the USA are responsible for any customs taxes or additional charges that may occur. Seller is not responsible for any delays during shipping or customs.

Art Prints: All prints are made to order and thus are not refundable or exchangeable.

Original Art: All sales on original artworks are final. All blemishes, marks, etc. are an intended aspect of Candace's abstract style.

Damage in transit: We do our best to ship your order as securely as possible. If your order arrives damaged please save the packaging and contact us with photos of the packaging and the damaged item WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving your order so we can work with you to make it right.
